Job Title: Domestic Worker
Responsible to: Service Manager
Purpose
To keep the service clean, safe, and welcoming, ensuring all areas meet high hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, showers, and toilets.
2. Hoover, dust, and polish rooms, hallways, and offices.
3. Clean windows (inside) and wipe down paintwork.
4. Keep lounge/dining room floors and furniture clean and polished.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in kitchen areas.
6. Work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
7. Follow FitzRoy’s equal opportunities commitment and attend training as required.
8. Report damage or hazards to management.
9. Carry out similar duties as requested.
Working Pattern & Pay
10. Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
11. Hours: 24 per week
12. Shift times: To be discussed at interview
13. Rate: £12.21 per hour
