Senior Ecommerce Manager (FMCG)
Location: Frimley, Surrey | Contract: Maternity Cover
Lead the future of online sales in FMCG. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive Ecommerce growth for SC Johnson in the UK. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead a talented team of Account Managers, shaping strategies for Pureplay and Brick & Click customers. This is a senior role with significant P&L responsibility, influencing how our brands win online.

What You’ll Do
* Own Ecommerce sales strategy for UK FMCG market
* Lead and coach a high-performing team
* Build senior relationships with key retail partners
* Translate brand objectives into winning digital plans
* Drive excellence in SEO, eContent, ratings & reviews
* Manage retail media and digital shelf performance
* Report on Ecommerce sales & share to senior leadership
Experience you’ll bring
* 10+ years FMCG experience, including senior account management and channel leadership with major suppliers
* Proven leadership/management experience and coaching skills
* Significant expertise in Ecommerce (Pureplay & Brick & Click)
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Ability to influence at all levels and deliver results
