Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our Larbert-based client. A permanent opportunity Paid weekly at 30,000 per annum (DOE) Working as an Admin Assistant, your main duties will be around data entry and administration duties, such as: Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person Providing administrative support to the Office Manager Data entry, processing invoices and completing paperwork To be successful in this Admin Assistant role, you will ideally have previous admin experience. Comfortable and confident when speaking on the phone Good knowledge of Microsoft packages Previous experience with Sage 50 Accounts
