We are looking for a Project Manager, based nationwide, to join our Kier Design business in providing design and professional services across various sectors, including the built environment, for both public and private clients.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – with some flexibility available; please discuss this during your application.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager within our Architecture & Building Consultancy team, you will deliver project management services to internal and external clients, following Kier's quality management system and our APM-accredited project management methodology. Your responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project briefs, scope, requirements, key drivers, and success factors.
2. Managing core project activities such as risk management, stakeholder engagement, communication, reporting, scheduling, and change control.
3. Supporting project delivery strategies and contractor procurement processes.
4. Administering construction contracts on behalf of clients.
5. Managing Kier's project team and ensuring service delivery standards.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you:
* Hold a Degree-level qualification (minimum HNC / HND) in a construction-related discipline and possess an APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification.
* Are a member of the APM or similar professional body relevant to the construction sector, and hold a full driving license to visit sites and offices.
* Have experience delivering project management services across multiple built environment projects, including new builds, extensions, or refurbishments, of medium complexity and scale, covering at least half of the project lifecycle. Experience in contract administration and contractor procurement is also desirable.
