About the Role
As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow and deliver the best care possible. This is your chance to bring ideas to life, support engaging programs, and make a genuine impact across our organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Every day will be different, but your work will include:
* Helping design, coordinate and review learning programs that inspire and develop our people
* Supporting the delivery of engaging training sessions – face-to-face and online
* Tracking and reporting on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement
* Working closely with external training providers and subject matter experts to deliver specialised programs
* Coordinating schedules, bookings, communications and events to keep programs running smoothly
* Being the go-to person for the L&D team – managing queries and our centralised L&D mailbox

* A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
* The ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams
* Confidence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Analytical thinking to interpret training data and suggest improvements
* A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Human Resources (or related field)
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
