Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies and racing passion; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your mission
1. Be the point of contact for employees regarding approvals, social insurance, and time tracking.
2. Create and manage employment contracts in collaboration with HR business partners.
3. Record illness and accident data, liaise with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system.
4. Plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees.
5. Organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters.
6. Support payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
7. Contribute to HR process creation and optimization.
8. Maintain high quality and accuracy of HR data, including employee information updates.
9. Participate in HR projects and support the implementation of company strategies.
Your profile
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
2. Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems.
3. Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style.
4. Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Fiori, and Personio.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
6. High IT affinity, especially for upcoming digitalization projects.
7. Strong service orientation and enjoyment working in an international team.
8. Proficiency in English and German.
