The Postgraduate Medical Education Support Administrator supports the day‑to‑day running of the Education Centre, including front‑of‑house duties, room bookings, enquiry handling and preparing teaching spaces. The role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the postgraduate medical education team, including coordination of teaching programmes, meetings, timetables and educational events.
Responsibilities
* Maintain attendance and evaluation records.
* Support audio‑visual and remote‑teaching setups.
* Update intranet and social media pages.
* Organise meetings and take minutes.
* Process study leave applications and handle confidential information related to clinical incident reporting.
* Assist with data extraction for audit purposes.
* Maintain office systems and monitor stock levels.
The role requires excellent customer service, strong organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly, including occasional support for out‑of‑hours meetings. The post holder will contribute to service improvement, participate in regular team meetings and provide cover for colleagues across Education Centre sites when required.
