What You'll Be Doing
As the Assistant Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting financial operations and driving performance insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports
* HR Collaboration: Work closely with on-site and central HR teams to resolve payroll queries, communicate issues effectively, and manage over/under payments.
* Process Improvement: Assist the Finance Manager in enhancing and streamlining reporting processes and procedures.
* Variance Analysis: Deliver insightful variance analysis with clear commentary to help operational teams interpret financial results.
