We are excited to be recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant for a growing not-for-profit organisation. This newly created position offers the opportunity to support management accounting across a diverse portfolio, ensure accurate reporting, and directly contribute to the organisation’s mission of delivering high-quality services. In this Assistant Management Accountant role, you will:

1. Support the production of management accounts, ensuring deadlines are met.
2. Work on revenue, cost, and expenditure tracking, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
3. Assist with reconciliations and the use of forecasting tools, ensuring assumptions and projections are accurate and aligned.
4. Provide analysis and insight to support decision-making and forward planning.
5. Build strong working relationships with non-finance colleagues, supporting them with queries and helping them understand financial information.
6. Play a key role in process improvements and supporting compliance across financial operations.

The successful candidate will:

7. Have some background in finance or accountancy.

10. Communicate clearly and professionally with non-finance colleagues.
11. Show drive, curiosity, and the willingness to learn and get stuck in.
12. Be collaborative, proactive, and values-driven.

Based full-time in the head offices (8:30–4:30, Monday to Friday).
