We're currently looking for Customer Operations Administrators for our Student Support team on a full-time, permanent basis. These positions sit within the Customer Operations department, based in our Glasgow office.
The working pattern is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a requirement to work one Saturday in four on a rotational basis.
The job
Reporting to the Customer Operations Team Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
* Providing administrative support to ACCA's customers through key processes, such as handing applications for registration and exemptions whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met.
* Completing administrative data processing tasks and responding to customers via email and other communication channels.
* Working according to an assigned schedule. Interacting courteously to maintain a positive customer experience.
* Maintaining customer records by following established procedures.
* Contributing to continuous improvement activities within the team
The person
We're looking for someone who:
* Is educated to a minimum of HNC level in a relevant subject or has significant experience in a similar role
* Has excellent customer service skills and a desire to help and support customers with tailored solutions
* Has excellent organisation, time management and planning skills
* Has a high level of interpersonal skills an ability to communicate (written and verbally) professionally with internal and external stakeholders
* Has strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
* Experience with using Microsoft packages including Word, Teams and Excel
