Your Role in Our Team
As an Outreach Tutor, you will play a vital role in changing young people’s educational journeys by:
* Delivering one-to-one tuition in home or community settings
* Creating personalised learning plans that meet each student’s individual needs
* Supporting learners to build confidence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
* Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who share our passion and values:
* Minimum Level 3 teaching or TA qualification (PTLLS equivalent) or QTS
* Experience working with children or young people, especially those outside mainstream education
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commitment to making a lasting impact
