Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a flair for organisation? Our client, a leading player in the European electric vehicle charging industry, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and the wider team in their Canary Wharf, London office. With a commitment to providing effortless charging solutions across Europe, this organisation is dedicated to innovation and customer service.
Location: Canary Wharf, London Commute: Just a 4-minute walk from Canary Wharf train station!
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director's office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Calendar Management: Proactively maintain and manage the Director's calendar, including the arrangement, cancellation, and monitoring of meetings.
Meeting Coordination: organise regular Direct Reports and Business Unit Meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: organise travel and prepare comprehensive travel packs with necessary documentation.
Data Management: Compiling reports and managing data
Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Financial Administration: Prepare monthly expense claims for the MD and assist with budget management as required.
IT Liaison: Work with IT for office access and tech support when needed.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role with some PA experience
Strong Excel experience - (VLOOKUP's, Formulas, pivot tables)
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
A meticulous approach to handling tasks and information with high accuracy
A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset who can anticipate the needs of the MD
Professionalism: Discretion and confidentiality are paramount; you'll handle sensitive information responsibly
Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and schedules, ensuring responsiveness to the needs of the team.
Language Skills: A good standard of French is a plus!
