Our client requires a competent Assistant Site Manager for a prestigious construction site in Wakefield, ideally with some experience of refurbishment and renovation of listed buildings, to start as soon as possible, or by the start of June 2025. Duration: 6 months approx. Practical experience would be an advantage. Responsible for managing a range of sub-contractors including Groundworks; first fix Mechanical and Electrical; and Brickwork. SMSTS; CSCS and First Aid essential. Interviews to be held as soon as possible.
