Safeguarding Officer: Multi Agency Support Team

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus five INSET days (39 working weeks per year)
Scale: KSE Actual Salary £24,169 - £25,787
The successful candidate will join our skilled Multi Agency Support Team and will be primarily based at our Fokestone site, with occasional work at our Walmer site. We are looking for a reliable, creative, and resilient professional who can build strong, boundary-aware relationships with parents, carers, teachers, support staff, and external agencies, prioritizing the safeguarding of our young people.
We require proven experience in safeguarding and in supporting children to reduce absence where necessary. This role is central to supporting our community's young people to thrive; ensuring their safety and regular attendance maximizes their chances of success and fulfilling their ambitions post-education.
This role emphasizes a holistic approach to supporting young people and fostering positive relationships with families and students, aligning with our safeguarding ethos.
