Job Summary
Allshaw Hire is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales/Account Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines proactive sales initiatives with strategic account management, focusing on onboarding new clients while maximizing revenue from existing ones. The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about networking and driving business expnasion in the equipment hire and wate sectors. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard new clients through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.
* Develop and expand relationships with existing clients to increase spend capture.
* Break down sales targets into actionable steps working with the wider team.
* Build 360-degree relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and mutual success.
* Recognize revenue patterns and opportunities, drilling into details through collaboration with key team members.
* Collaborate with the hire desk and other team members to ensure we deliver for our customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven track record in driving business growth, preferably in sales or account management roles.
* Strong industry knowledge or a solid understanding of relevant business models (experience in equipment hire or similar sectors is advantageous).
* Demonstrated hunger for networking and a growth-driven mindset.
* Commercial awareness
