As a Shift Manager, you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources, and solve operational problems.
You will be working within a multi-million-pound restaurant and managing a team of 80 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that will drive your restaurant forward by building sales, growing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This position is open to individuals with experience managing and leading teams within retail, hospitality, business, or a customer-focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant-based and involves working changeable shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
