This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing a team of Gas Engineers and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality heating installation, servicing, and maintenance across Devon and Cornwall. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of staff, budgetary control, compliance, and performance delivery, ensuring that services meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Gas Engineers to deliver a professional and cost-effective service. Oversee service delivery, including installations, servicing, and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and Gas Safe regulations.
