Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Head of Employee Experience and HR Operations. We offer a competitive base salary, 12% car allowance, and a generous benefits package.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping employee work experiences—leading enterprise-wide HR service delivery, driving innovation, and ensuring colleagues feel supported, empowered, and valued.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the global strategy for employee experience, product design, and MyHR services
* Championing a human-centered approach to employee and line manager experiences
* Overseeing UK MyHR operations and driving global service excellence
* Delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services across multiple regions
* Embedding automation, AI, and analytics to enhance service delivery and reduce costs
* Managing supplier relationships and ensuring robust risk and compliance controls
* Building and mentoring a diverse, high-performing team
* Driving continuous improvement through feedback, data, and innovation
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, ideally with a global remit
* Deep knowledge of employee experience design, shared services, and payroll
* Strong track record of digital transformation using AI and automation
* Experience with HR technologies such as Oracle, Workday, or ServiceNow
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial and operational acumen
