Responsibilities
This position involves regulated work with children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020. Membership with the PVG scheme is essential, and applicants may need to join or update their membership prior to employment.
The employment is excepted from section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975. Applicants must disclose all convictions, including spent ones, as failure to do so can lead to dismissal or disciplinary action.
