IT Support Worker Status: Permanent contract (subject to probation and funding) Hours: Full time (35 hours a week) FTE Salary: £28,000 pa Line Manager: Data & Technology Manager Location: Holywell community Centre (office based) Role description Summary The IT Support Worker will help ensure the effective management, configuration, and support of W3RT’s IT equipment including through providing IT inductions for new staff, managing the IT support ticketing system, and delivering IT training to employees. Working alongside the Data & Technology Manager, the IT Support Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the charity’s IT operations run smoothly, and that employees have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. Key responsibilities Understand the HCNS project and help prepare, distribute and process agreements Collect, process and present information to help the successfully manage HCNS and other projects Liaise with HCNS and other project partners to help resolve any queries Help develop W3RT’s systems for recording and collating KPIs and impact data Collate data from all projects and activities and prepare reports as required for managers, trustees, partners, funders and stakeholders Generate, scrutinise, and present management information and reports Co-ordinate the production of documents for annual and monthly planning and reporting cycles Ensure the accuracy, completeness, availability and utility of W3RT’s Directories of community and commercial organisations As required, prepare calendars or directories of activities and events Carry out research to help inform planning, deliver projects and scope projects Knowledge, skills and behaviours The appointed person must demonstrate and maintain the following knowledge, skills and behaviours.
