About the Role
Our client is seeking a Pre-Contracts Manager with a proven track record to join their experienced delivery team in Cambridge. The primary objectives of the role will be managing the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
* Design Coordination: Work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
* Cost Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
* Procurement: Work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, within budget and timeline constraints.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
