We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Sports Coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality PE and sports sessions across a variety of schools and community settings, ensuring all children are engaged, active, and supported in their development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a wide range of sports and physical activity sessions to children.
* Provide cover for regular coaches as required across schools and sports programmes.
* Plan and deliver fun, safe, and inclusive activities tailored to different age groups and abilities.
* Inspire and motivate children to participate, improve, and enjoy sport.
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are upheld at all times.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience coaching or teaching sports.
* A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel between venues required).
* Recognised coaching qualifications (e.g. Sports related degree, Level 2 NGB, multi-sports, or equivalent).
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* Clear and confident communication with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
