The Role: SEN Teacher
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech & language needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
You will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and multidisciplinary teams
* Monitor progress and implement effective intervention strategies
* Foster positive behaviour and emotional development
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated SEN Teacher who is:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
* Experienced in Special Needs Education / SEN settings
* Confident in managing challenging behaviour using positive approaches
* Skilled in differentiated teaching and personalised learning plans (EHCPs)
* Passionate about inclusive education and pupil progress
* A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
