Principal Asset Management is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to join a global asset manager with the successful candidate being responsible for supporting a number of different departments within the European offices.
What You'll Do
* Meeting scheduling. Taking minutes at meetings where required, booking meeting rooms and ordering catering where required.
* Travel booking. Make complex booking arrangements in line with our Corporate Travel policy.
* Expenses Processing. Processing monthly cash and credit card expense reports, and logging all business entertaining to meet reporting requirements.
* Communications. Compose correspondence for letters, emails or other documents. Screen incoming calls and take messages as necessary.
* General Assistance. Distributing mail, arranging couriers, complete scanning and filing.
Who You Are
* A-Level qualifications are advantageous;
* 2-3 years in a similar role;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proactive, assertive and excellent organisational skills;
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
* Intermediate Microsoft office and outlook skills.

Location
Based in our London office. This role offers hybrid working, with four days a week in the office.
