About the Role
HSDC is seeking a driven and experienced Account Operations Manager to lead our employer engagement and account management strategy. This key role is responsible for overseeing the Account Manager team, building strong employer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of apprenticeship and adult learning provision that meets ambitious income and learner targets. You will act as a strategic link between employers and curriculum areas, manage all stages of the learner journey, and ensure full compliance with health & safety and funding requirements. Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Developing and delivering an outstanding employer account management service and leading the Account Managers in its execution.
* Leading external activities for growth in new employer recruitment to ensure the College meets its work-based income and student opportunity targets.
* Being the single point of contact with designated employers and curriculum areas to actively create work-based opportunities for apprenticeships and adult learners.
* Leading the development and delivery of an end-to-end service for apprenticeship opportunities, from creating opportunities to recruiting apprentices.
* Completing employer TNAs and all learner-related documentation, including government site registration, initial assessments, and enrollments, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
* Leading the Account Manager team to meet learner find targets for the Adult provision through employer engagement activities.
Requirements
You will need:
* Qualified at Level 2 for English and Maths.
* Qualified to Level 3 and/or relevant professional qualification.
* Leadership and management qualification.
* Experience of leading a team and meeting targets.
* Good knowledge of the complex FE/training environment, including future developments and priorities.
* Proven experience in developing work-based learning activities within the FE sector.
