A Fresh Way to Teach
Are you a teacher who loves teaching but feels exhausted by the pressures of the traditional classroom? This role offers a genuine alternative.
At SEND Inclusion Support, we support teachers from EYFS through Secondary who want to step away from rigid timetables, large classes, and endless paperwork, and move into flexible, relationship-led teaching roles where their expertise truly matters.
We work with children and young people who face barriers to learning, including SEND, SEMH, and Emotional-Based School Avoidance (EBSA). Our approach is focused on nurture, connection, and personalised learning, not ticking boxes.
The Role
You’ll work 1:1 or with small groups in calm, supportive settings such as libraries, learning hubs, or students’ homes. Many pupils may not currently be accessing mainstream education, and you’ll help them re-engage at their own pace.
You may also work with EHCPs, liaising with parents, schools, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure every child’s learning and well-being is fully supported.
This role is ideal for teachers who:
*
Feel burnt out by mainstream pressures
*
Want autonomy, flexibility, and better work-life balance
*
Miss meaningful teaching and seeing real progress
*
Value relationships over rigid systems
You’ll deliver low-pressure, personalised lessons that rebuild confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
