MRICS Commercial Valuer - Remote working (secondary location hires) - Senior, AD, Director level
Established four years ago, my client is a specialist independent Valuation firm specialising in the valuation of commercial & specialist real estate for loan security purposes.
Currently a team of 9 (excluding consultants), they are looking for commercial valuers to join them as they level up with ambitions to become a major player nationwide.
Their workload is made up of mainly secured lending work. Around 80% of their work is commercial, the rest being portfolio or development. The expected workload is 2-3 Surveys per week depending on the size and complexity of the valuation.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
* MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits:
* Basic Salary - Up to £85,000 basic salary (agency approx) Depending on experience, location, and contacts.
* Car allowance included within the salary so this will need to be taken into account.
* Bonus potential triggered at billings over 1.87x basic salary, details to be discussed at interview stage.
* Pension contribution, government standard.
* Annual leave - 25 days plus bank holidays.
* CPD and RICS membership fee covered, and travel expenses covered.
Additional information:
* Average job expectations; On average, about 2-3 jobs per week.
* Average fee, £2750 approx.
* For turnaround times they aim to complete reports within 7 working days.
* For technology, they use Edozo for valuations, searches, and processing maps. They also take advantage of Kell investor & Kell delta.
* They have an admin team that supports you with report formatting and other administrative tasks.
* Their main clients are predominantly mainstream banks such as Barclays and Lloyds, bridging lenders, and brokerage firms and panel managers such as Method & VAS.
