As our new Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing the entire supply chain function. Your responsibilities will include: Retailer Relationship Management Oversee sales order management for selected retail accounts using SBO software. Coordinate with 3PL and Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure timely deliveries. Build strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners to drive availability and sales, especially during key promotions. Work with internal teams and retailers to plan and execute new product launches. Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Management Monitor monthly warehouse performance against SLAs and lead KPI reviews. Manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP/WMS alignment in collaboration with Finance. Lead internal audits and year-end stock reconciliations. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient goods flow. Performance Monitoring & Analysis Share monthly updates on supply chain costs and highlight savings initiatives. Analyse order patterns to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs. Track KPIs and implement improvements based on data insights. Compliance & Regulations Ensure all supply chain activities meet regulatory and industry standards. Collaboration & Communication Partner with teams across Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and Ecommerce to support commercial initiatives. Represent Supply Chain in system enhancement projects and EDI discussions. Provide dedicated support and reporting for key accounts such as Maison Sisley and Hair Rituel. Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor Supply Chain Coordinators, fostering a positive and high-performing culture. Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and provide regular feedback to support team growth. We’re looking for someone who’s already made their mark in the supply chain world – ideally with 5 years of experience and a knack for managing premium retail accounts.
