Essential Criteria:
* Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating
* A1 and V1 Assessor Awards (or equivalent)
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
* Relevant industrial experience in plumbing and/or gas
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and assess high-quality training in Plumbing and Gas to apprentices and full-time learners
* Support learners through their qualifications, including reviews and progress tracking
* Engage with employers to ensure training meets industry needs and standards
* Maintain accurate records in line with college and awarding body requirements
* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement
