Key Responsibilities of the Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT):
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons following the national curriculum.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
* Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assess and monitor progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
* Work closely with colleagues, mentors, and parents to ensure pupil success.
Requirements for the Primary ECT role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification.
* A passion for teaching and commitment to professional development.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Strong communication and organisational abilities.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
