Make a different kind of clinical impact
At Change Grow Live we work at the point where health, behaviour, and humanity meet. Where clinical skill isn’t just about treatment—it’s about trust, compassion, and helping people take back control of their lives.
Whether you’re an experienced substance misuse nurse or a registered nurse looking for a meaningful career move, this role offers the opportunity to transform lives. In Croydon you will work with people whose health needs are often complex, underserved, and overlooked, supporting them through detox, stabilisation, harm reduction, and long‑term recovery.
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Allowance: £2,195.72 Outer London Weighting, pro‑rata for part time. Contract type: Permanent.
Salary is subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award.
