12+Years of experience in Cloud HCM Modules especially in Payroll Modules, Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes etc. Client Ordination, Stakeholder management.
Detailed Job Description:
Project Leadership:
• Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).
• Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT.
• Manage client expectations and relationships.
Functional Expertise:
• Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (e.g., RD011, DO.070).
• Guide clients on best practices and organizational design.
Technical Collaboration:
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom components and integrations.
• Support data migration using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and web services.
• Develop OTBI reports and customizations using tools like Visual Builder, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
