About the Role
A well-established property firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to take responsibility for a varied and high-volume portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values independence, breadth in their role, and being part of a supportive, long-tenured team.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
* Manage tenant and landlord enquiries with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
* Prepare and administer service charge budgets, working closely with internal teams.
* Undertake regular property inspections, ensure statutory compliance and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
* Maintain a structured, consistent and professional approach to portfolio management.

Who You Are

* Well organised, dependable and able to perform effectively under pressure.
* MRICS preferred but not essential.
