Assessing the condition of watches for refurbishment and restoration Disassembling watches into their polishable parts to ensure the best possible finished product, while taking efficiency into account for incoming volumes Laser filling of any major dents or shape issues. Followed by post laser preparation for polishing Polishing, refinishing, and restoring multiple brands and models of watch to their factory finish for sale. Partial re-assembly of the polishing work after cleaning. Preparing the watch to move onto the next phase of the process, be that mechanical work or quality control. Final Stage: Face to Face interview with the Servicing Manager and HR Business Partner.
