To assist in an increase in recruitment activity, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. Working on roles with the infrastructure, transmission, M&E sectors, you’ll identify candidates to meet project requirements while advising stakeholders on resourcing needs.
Your key responsibilities will be:
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across positions within infrastructure, M&E, water and transmission engineering sectors.
2. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements, project demands and hiring priorities.
3. Develop targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill engineering and project delivery roles.
4. Source and attract high-quality candidates through direct search, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and industry engagement.
5. Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical capability, sector experience and motivation.
6. Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer approvals and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
7. Support employer branding initiatives to improve the organisation’s reputation within the engineering and infrastructure sectors.
8. Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal governance, equality and inclusion standards and relevant employment legislation.
9. Work collaboratively with HR, project directors and operational teams to support strategic growth plans.

On top of that, you’ll have:
10. Previous experience working in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within an engineering consultancy, infrastructure or technical environment.
11. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional services roles.
12. Good understanding of engineering disciplines and the ability to recruit for specialist technical positions.
13. Demostrated experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.
14. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work with hiring managers at all levels.
15. Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities within a busy environment.
16. Knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems.
17. Have well developed English communication skills, both verbal and written
18. Have good time management skills be able to prioritise tasks whilst managing your own workload
