Score Group is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as the main interface between Score Group and its clients. The role is based at Saltend Chemical Park, Saltend Lane, Hull, Hull, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
* Provide immediate support to all disciplines and interface functions for all aspects of Score and customer organisations.
* Maximise all opportunities and develop contractual work scope to continually improve the working relationships with the customer base.
* Coordinate the planning process and contract performance to ensure delivery against contractual and internal KPIs and monthly/quarterly performance meetings.
* Attend client premises on a weekly or bi‑weekly basis as required, promoting Score Group services and new technologies.
* Manage all new supply activities, including approval of purchase requisitions, documentation (Pro‑Arc), maintenance of client‑specific requirements and resolution of QA queries.
* Manage and report all PSV recertification and campaign activities.
* Manage and report general valve, actuator and PSV repair activities.
* Plan, prepare, and execute all offshore work and compile CTR’s, initial work packs and approval/submittal of close‑out reports.
* Approve all invoicing in accordance with authorisation limits and conduct financial review of job performance.
* Approve, maintain accuracy, and submit status reports as per client requirements.
* Submit and check monthly or quarterly performance reports as required within the applicable contracts.
* Manage work in progress (WIP) and ensure all documentation is maintained and up to date.
* Update and manage the Score internal client contract management plans.
* Perform any other reasonable duties required to meet the business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the valve industry).
* Experience in a previous focal point or customer support role.
* Sound working knowledge of MS Office packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
