The Role
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, brand standards, and people development across your region. You will act as a key ambassador for the brand, ensuring its heritage values are consistently delivered while supporting sustainable growth in a highly competitive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and senior retail leaders across the region
* Deliver sales, profitability, and KPI targets while maintaining premium brand standards
* Ensure an outstanding, service-led customer experience in every store
* Drive talent development, succession planning, and high engagement levels
* Maintain visual merchandising, operational excellence, and compliance standards
* Analyse commercial performance and implement effective action plans
* Work collaboratively with head office functions to execute brand and business strategy
About You
* Proven experience as an Area Manager (or equivalent multi-site role) within premium, luxury, or heritage retail
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
* Inspirational leader with a hands-on, coaching-led management style
* Deep understanding of customer experience within a premium retail context
* Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced London market
* Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling
