Regional Retail Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee and maximise all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profit performance.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills combined with a deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service principles.
A proven track record of successful management in a multi-site, customer-facing retail setting is essential.
* To develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve sales and profitability while enhancing customer service.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and work with franchisees/store managers and their teams to achieve the same.
* Collaborate with department heads to optimise sales strategies.
The Regional Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse team of franchisees and retail staff, providing guidance and support at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance skills across the full retail spectrum.
2. Recruitment up to and including Store Manager/Franchisee level.
3. Developing commercial awareness among franchisees and store managers.
4. Driving initiatives to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to commercially interpret data and turn it into practical solutions.
* Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
