Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Reception Teacher looking for either full-time consistency or flexible supply work in Wimbledon? We are working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools in the Wimbledon area who are seeking confident EYFS teachers to support their Reception classes on a supply basis.
Whether you’re looking for day-to-day flexibility or a longer-term placement in one school, we have opportunities to suit your availability and teaching style.
About the Role
As a Reception Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a warm, safe and inclusive classroom environment
* Support children’s development in communication, phonics, early maths and personal, social and emotional learning
* Follow school routines and maintain positive behaviour expectations
* Build strong relationships quickly with pupils and staff
* Step into day-to-day cover or long-term placements with planning responsibilities (depending on the role)

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Reception or Early Years
* Secure understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* A nurturing, patient and adaptable teaching approach
* Strong classroom management and organisation skills
* A positive, reliable and professional attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
