What you'll get up to:
The Facilities Team acts as a crucial support system for the firm. Within this team, the Client Services Assistant is responsible for updating and maintaining the online travel booking system, travel requirements, database management and receptionist/telephonist daily cover.
Role Responsibilities
* Oversee the upkeep and day-to-day management of the online travel booking system
* Support the training of relevant staff on the travel booking and switchboard systems
* Develop, update and maintain documented procedures for the travel booking system
* Manage the facilities finance database, including checking invoices prior to line manager approval
* Make effective and confident use of the telephone system
* Provide reception and front-of-house cover as required
* Support the organisation of seminars and events when appropriate
* Respond to and assist with enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records of colleague changes, movements and contact references
* Monitor staff absences to ensure calls are routed correctly and phones are diverted when necessary

Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a Front of House/Receptionist role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment. We're looking for someone who's organised, reliable and a great team player.
