About the Role
We are seeking a professional with a wealth of knowledge in the water industry and water supply networks, gained from previous customer‑facing experience. By leveraging video, imagery, and AI, you will handle customer calls, analyse their issue and swiftly determine the best next course of action, enabling speedy resolutions.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating third‑party involvement for repairs and ensuring a seamless process.
* Managing customer interactions and raising work orders using the contact centre systems.
* Applying technical experience in water networks to support the Virtual Triage team.
Qualifications
• Preferably experienced as a Network Service Inspector.
• Proven customer‑facing skills and strong communication.
• Willingness to grow through training opportunities.
