* Lead and motivate a professional kitchen team across multiple service areas
* Plan for weddings, events, and conferences with precision and organisation
* Manage kitchen staffing, rotas, training, and performance
* Ensure effective communication between kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams
* Control food costs, stock levels, supplier relationships, and GP margins
* Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and legal compliance (HACCP, COSHH)
* Support the overall guest experience by ensuring reliable and consistent kitchen operations
