We're looking for a General Manager for a characterful, premium pub in Sutton Coldfield. Salary up to £46,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Quill & Taper is a beautiful, characterful pub in Sutton Coldfield - ideally located to a nearby station and golf club and surrounded by residential housing, making it a popular community spot.
The pub is food led at 70/30 with weekly sales of around £20,000, it offers the Marston's 'Signature' menu which is a slightly elevated pub food offering. The pub is performing well, but has scope to drive sales through maximising local activity to drive wet trade.
There is manager's accommodation in the form of a separate 3 bedroom house with its own large garden.
