As a Graduate RF Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the development and support of RF and DC test solutions used in the production of cutting-edge semiconductor devices. From designing test systems and analysing data to troubleshooting and continuous improvement, this is a hands-on engineering role ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
You'll be supported by experienced engineers while collaborating with product, process, and production teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain RF/DC test systems for production use
Support introduction of new product tests into production
Carry out RF test development (S-parameters, power, noise figure)
Perform test data analysis and reporting (SPC, wafer maps, correlations)
Support fault-finding and troubleshooting of test equipment
Train and assist test technicians and production staff
Work closely with other departments such as Technology and Reliability
What We’re Looking For
HND or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or related field)
Understanding of RF and DC testing
Experience with test instruments (VNAs, spectrum analysers, noise figure meters, etc.)
Software development or scripting experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Flexible and proactive approach to work
Nice to Have
Experience with test automation or data analysis tools
Understanding of wafer testing or probe card design
Knowledge of SPC or GR&R studies
