Job Description We’re recruiting for a Senior ER Advisor - Business Support to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. We’re looking for a Senior ER Advisor to join our Employee Relations team within Group HR. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing governance, reporting, and compliance across the ER function. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement to ensure robust oversight and informed decision-making. What you’ll be doing: Managing the preparation and analysis of ER papers for key meetings and forums Coordinating projects and initiatives across the ER team and ensuring effective delivery Developing and delivering reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making Representing the ER team at meetings and engaging stakeholders to remove blockers Applying data and insights to shape strategy and influence decisions Supporting ER teams and stakeholders by resolving queries and providing analysis Monitoring risk and compliance requirements and maintaining governance controls Supporting the implementation of HR policies with a focus on fair customer outcomes Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Experience working in an HR function within a large, complex organisation Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and recommendations Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders effectively Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively across teams Knowledge of HR processes, risk management, and governance requirements Experience coordinating projects and maintaining documentation and governance processes Commercial acumen and ability to apply evidence-based decision-making Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
