We are looking for hardworking and efficient Maintenance Technicians to join our Property Maintenance Team. Our stores and offices rely on our support to function smoothly.
You will be responsible for:
1. Following our Business Code of Conduct with integrity and diligence.
2. Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and operational.
3. Following work schedules to achieve first-time fixes and maximize productivity.
4. Delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.
5. Building effective relationships with stakeholders.
6. Collaborating with team members and sharing best practices.
7. Using problem-solving skills to develop solutions.
8. Managing tasks to completion, informing stakeholders as needed.
9. Developing your skills through progression in the maintenance pathway.
10. Driving your own development through regular 1-2-1 meetings.
11. Using mobile devices to update and complete work efficiently.
12. Utilizing business systems for asset management and reporting.
13. Representing Tesco with professionalism and pride.
14. Participating in meetings and supporting KPI achievement.
15. Contributing to an inclusive and diverse culture.
You will need:
1. ONC or equivalent qualification.
2. Full driving license.
3. Health & Safety awareness.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Knowledge of Office 365.
6. Completion of relevant technical training modules.
Relevant Experience:
1. Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction.
2. Comfortable with digital tools like mobile phones and tablets.
3. Relevant mechanical qualifications.
