Pay Rate to Intermediary: £32 per hour
Spinwell is recruiting for a Private Sector Housing Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Responsibilities
* HHSRS experience and hazard identification
* Experience of enforcement action
* Good knowledge of housing-related legislation including HMOs, licensing and experience of enforcement action
* Must be HHSRS qualified
