Automotive Sales Administrator
Our client is a leading dealership based in Southend on Sea, Essex. They have three sites, Southend, Basildon & Brentwood and this position is based at their Southend site. Typical everyday work activities
* Preparing invoices
* Bringing vehicles into stock
* Scanning Documents
* Preparing customer files
* Liaising with Sales Consultants
* Using a range of Microsoft office software, including email, spreadsheets
* Data processing,
* receiving internal and external calls and enquiries
* other ad-hoc office duties as required by your line manager
Skills & Experience Required
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong time management and exceptional communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
* Polite and friendly
* Positive “can do” flexible attitude
* Previous administration experience is essential. Ideally sales administration experience.
* Computer literate, with experience of producing work to a high standard of accuracy.
The hours will be Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5.00pm with half an hour unpaid for lunch.

Experience:
* accurate Excel: 2 years (required)
* Administrative Assistant: 2 years (required)
* Kerridge ( Preferable )
* Idealfile ( Preferable )
