We are looking to appoint to the newly created role of Head of Governance and Regulation.
In this role you will have oversight of all governance activities – board appraisals, succession planning, procedures, training and be responsible for advising the Executive Team and Senior Managers on new regulatory and legislative changes and requirements.
You will have experience of leading high performing teams, managing conflicting priorities, while working towards tight deadlines within a regulated environment.
A strong knowledge of best practice in governance is required.
