This is a commercially critical role, suited to someone who thrives on pace, ownership and results — not passive case handling. Based in a stunning office environment, the Sales Progressor Client Care sits in the heart of the sales operation, working alongside the Sales Team and Sales Manager to drive transactions from agreed offer through to exchange and completion. There is no room to hide behind a keyboard, this is predominantly a phone-led, proactive role for someone who enjoys unblocking issues, chasing progress and keeping deals firmly on track. The Package: Basic salary up to £35k basic and £10k comms so OTE £45k plus Monday – Thursday in the office Friday working from home, 09:00 – 17:00 No weekend working! Subsidised parking available The Sales Progressor Client Care Role: Proactively progress purchase transactions from offer to exchange within 6 weeks (maximum) of offer acceptance. Act as the driving force on each case — chasing, escalating and problem-solving Liaise daily with solicitors, agents, buyers and sellers to maintain momentum Manage a focused caseload (typically up to 10 live files) Identify risks early and take decisive action to prevent fall-throughs Deliver a confident, clear and reassuring experience for clients throughout The Person: Has hands-on sales progression experience and is confident on the phone Has worked closely with sales teams ( not purely admin or legal support roles ) Is outcomes-driven and enjoys pushing deals to exchange quickly Can manage multiple cases with pace, structure and commercial judgement
